For a listing or availability correction
Include the FlixGeo URL, title, country, provider, displayed offer type, and a short explanation of the discrepancy. An official provider URL is more useful than a search result snippet. If the external result changes quickly, include an observation date and a screenshot that does not expose account details.
For a technical problem
- include the page URL and the action that failed;
- quote the visible error message rather than sending credentials;
- identify the browser and device type;
- say whether the issue persists after a normal reload;
- attach a redacted screenshot if it clarifies the problem.
For editorial, rights, or privacy concerns
Identify the exact passage, image, URL, or data field involved and explain the requested action. Rights enquiries should identify the rights holder or authorized representative and the specific protected work. Privacy enquiries should avoid unnecessary sensitive personal data.
What FlixGeo cannot resolve
FlixGeo does not operate streaming-provider accounts. Subscription charges, playback errors, password resets, device activation, cancellations, and refunds must be addressed to the provider that controls the account or transaction.
Receipt of an email does not establish that a third-party catalog is wrong or that an external source can be changed. Reports are assessed against available evidence; no fixed response or resolution time is promised on this page.
